Mommy Time

Unfortunately, Daddy hasn't been around much lately. He was at work a ton the earlier part of the week then he went off to New Orleans for the weekend so i've been hanging out with my #1 girl...my Mommy! We had lots of time to kill so she let me read Dad's cabela's catalog and even let me draw in it! I liked to point out all the ducks on the pages and tell Mom they say quack which I pronounce "quwack".




During GrandJan's last visit she showed me how to turn the dog food bin into a race track. Here I am racing my Lightning McQueen car.




I decided to cook Mommy breakfast on Sunday morning.




I had to stop for a quick milk break.

Dad made it home safe & sound and isn't on call at all this week (and no, we have no earthly idea how he got so lucky), so hopefully he'll get home at a decent hour most nights and we'll get to spend some family time together! We really missed him this past week :(
